1Why we built Bilty
Most transport offices in a Transport Nagar still run on a paper bilty book, a khata register, WhatsApp and a CA who files GST at the end of the month. Bills get lost, party balances are argued over, and GST returns are prepared from photos of paper. Bilty puts all of this on the phone that is already in your hand.
2What Bilty does
- Bilty / lorry receipt (LR) with consignor, consignee, goods, freight, advance, and paid / to-pay / TBB.
- GST freight invoices with CGST, SGST or IGST, reverse charge and SAC 9965 / 996791.
- Party ledger (khata) and statements to share on WhatsApp, with TDS under section 194C.
- Truck hire, driver advances and trip expenses, so you know the margin on every load.
- Truck and driver document expiry alerts: RC, insurance, fitness, permit, PUC and licence.
- GSTR-1 ready export for your CA.

3Who it is for
Transport brokers and commission agents, fleet owners, goods transport agencies (GTA) and logistics companies across India. The app works in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Marathi.
