Service Delivery Policy

You use Bilty in your web browser at app.getbilty.in, on phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen. There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up. A paid plan activates as soon as Cashfree confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Your invoice is emailed to the workspace Owner and is also available under Billing.

If money has left your account but your plan has not activated within 24 hours, email [email protected] with the payment reference. We will activate the plan or refund the payment as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
