How cancellations and refunds work on a Bilty Freight Desk subscription.
1.Try before you pay
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan, with no card required. The trial exists so you can decide before any money changes hands.
2.Cancelling
You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
3.When we refund
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a fault on our side left the service unusable for a sustained period, we refund it. Raise a request from billing settings within seven days of the charge and we will put it right.
4.When we do not
We do not refund part-used periods when you simply change your mind mid-term, since you keep access for the whole period.
5.How refunds reach you
Approved refunds are processed within seven working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
6.Yearly plans
A yearly plan cancelled within thirty days of purchase can be refunded pro rata for the unused months.
