Prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and you receive a GST invoice carrying your GSTIN, so the tax is available to you as input credit.
Yes. You can move to a different plan from the Plan page at any time, and the new plan's billing period starts on the day you pay. If you don't renew, your data stays in your account.
Only your own trucks that are active. Hired (market) vehicles are unlimited on every plan, and trucks you mark inactive don't count.
Every invoice carries your GSTIN and the party's, the SAC code for the service, and a CGST plus SGST or IGST split decided by the place of supply. Numbers run in a gap-free sequence per financial year, which is what an audit looks for.
No. Every record is tagged to your company and every query is scoped to that company before it reaches the database, so loads, parties, invoices and payments are visible only to users you have invited.
