Bilty হলো ভারতীয় পরিবহন ব্রোকার ও ফ্লিট মালিকদের জন্য অনলাইন সফটওয়্যার। লোড বুকিং ও বিল্টি (LR) প্রিন্ট করা, GST ইনভয়েস তৈরি, পার্টির বকেয়া পাওনা ও লরি ভাড়ার হিসাব রাখা এবং গাড়ির কাগজপত্রের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণের রিমাইন্ডার পাওয়া — সবকিছু এক জায়গায় সহজে করা যায়।
Bilty কি পরিবহন দালালদের জন্য নাকি ফ্লিট মালিকদের জন্য?↓

Bilty কি মোবাইলে কাজ করে? এর কি কোনো অ্যাপ আছে?↓
হ্যাঁ, Bilty যেকোনো অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোন, আইফোন, ট্যাবলেট বা কম্পিউটারের ব্রাউজারে দারুণভাবে কাজ করে। হোম স্ক্রিনে শর্টকাট যোগ করে নিলে এটি হুবহু অ্যাপের মতোই খোলে। প্লে স্টোর বা অ্যাপ স্টোর থেকে আলাদা অ্যাপ ইনস্টল করার কোনো ঝামেলা নেই।
ইন্টারনেট ছাড়া কি Bilty ব্যবহার করা যাবে?↓
লোড, চালান ও পেমেন্ট সেভ করার জন্য ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ প্রয়োজন, কারণ আপনার সমস্ত ডেটা অনলাইনে নিরাপদে সংরক্ষিত থাকে এবং আপনার টিমের সাথে শেয়ার হয়। সাধারণ মোবাইল ডেটাই যথেষ্ট।
Bilty কোন কোন ভাষা সমর্থন করে?↓
অ্যাপের ইন্টারফেস বাংলা, তামিল, তেলুগু, হিন্দি, গুজরাতি, পাঞ্জাবি, মারাঠি ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় উপলব্ধ, এবং টিমের প্রত্যেকে নিজস্ব পছন্দের ভাষা বেছে নিতে পারেন। প্রিন্টযোগ্য বিল্টি, চালান ও স্টেটমেন্ট বিভিন্ন ভাষায় প্রিন্ট করা যায়।
সাইন আপ করার আগেই কি Bilty পরখ করে দেখা যাবে?↓

Is a bilty made on Bilty legally valid?↓
Yes. Each bilty carries the details a lorry receipt needs: consignor and consignee with GSTINs, origin and destination, vehicle number, goods, packages, weight, freight, and the e-way bill number. You remain responsible for entering correct details. আরও পড়ুন →
How are LR numbers generated?↓
Automatically, in sequence with no gaps, and they restart every financial year. A number looks like BLR/26-27/0142, where the prefix comes from your company name.
How many copies of the bilty can I print?↓
Four: consignor, consignee, driver and office copy. Print just the one you need or all four together, as an A4 PDF.
Can I send a bilty or invoice on WhatsApp?↓
Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button and Bilty opens WhatsApp on your phone with a link to the PDF, ready to send to the party or driver. The same works for party statements and payment vouchers.
Does Bilty generate e-way bills?↓

How does Bilty handle 5% RCM vs 18% forward charge?↓
You choose the tax treatment when you make the invoice. Under reverse charge (RCM) the invoice shows that the recipient pays the GST; under forward charge Bilty adds the tax to the bill. Confirm the right option for your business with your CA. আরও পড়ুন →
Does Bilty split CGST, SGST and IGST automatically?↓

Can I bill many bilties in one monthly invoice?↓

Can I add my logo, bank details and UPI QR to invoices?↓
Yes. Upload your logo and add bank details, a UPI QR code, or both. Bilty can also print a UPI QR for the exact amount due, so the party can pay in one scan.
Are there different invoice designs?↓

Can I give GSTR-1 data to my CA?↓

Does Bilty handle TDS under Section 194C (now Section 393)?↓

Can I track lorry hire and payments to truck owners?↓

When do I get expiry reminders?↓

Do hired market trucks count towards my plan limit?↓
No. The plan limit applies only to trucks you own. You can use as many hired market trucks as you like on every plan.
Can my staff log in with limited access?↓
Yes. Add team members as Owner, Admin, Dispatcher or Accountant, so each person sees the screens their job needs. Dispatcher and Accountant roles are on Pro and Business.

How many trucks and users are included in each plan?↓

Do I need a card for the 14-day free trial?↓
No. Sign up with your mobile number or email and use Bilty with Starter plan limits for 14 days. No card or payment details are asked.
Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?↓
